Milan is a beautiful city, the most European and modern among the Italian cities. Milan is undoubtedly one of the most important business and industrial centres, both inside the EU and worldwide.
The Italian stock exchange is based here, together with the headquarters of the most important major companies in the world.
Moreover it is the major site in the country for services, publishing and of course there is no doubt, the capital of fashion.
The "Expo 2015" will be held in Milan so from the official assignment, on the 31
st March 2008, many projects have started (like the building of three new metro lines), with an expected cash flow of 40 billion Euros.
Interesting isn’t it? These are the reasons why buying houses in Milan is a good business. But what is the real value of houses? What is the market like in Milan? Is it really a good investment?
The web is a valuable source of information. There you can find many analysis made by important companies. Here we wish to show you one interesting graph, which shows the selling path for houses in the city centre. The values are real and they are not considering the inflation.
Buying houses in Milan is then really a good investment?
We definitely believe it is, but... knowing which house is best, whether commercial or residential, newly-built or not, small or big, which is the best location and which one is bound to increase its value…these are keys.
